RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will return Orders if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 60 days of delivery date; no questions asked. Because all merchandise sold at Little Tike Bedding is ordered specifically for you, from our manufactures, a 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned orders. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Once the products are returned to our warehouse a credit will be issued to the original credit card minus the actual shipping cost of sending the package to you. Shipping costs are only refundable if the items received are not damaged or correct.
All returned products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and must be unused, unwashed, securely packed in the original packaging and include all paperwork and warranty cards. To request a RMA please send an email to returns@littletikebedding.com and provide the following information: order number; name of product to be returned; reason for return and whether you would like a replacement, exchange or refund. Once the RMA has been issued, your returned items must arrive in our warehouse within 20 days. The return shipping address will be provided at the same time the RMA is issued. Closeout Merchandise Items that are marked “sale‚” or “closeout items” are non-returnable for refund or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to send packages back via insured methods such as USPS priority UPS Ground or Federal Express. Little Tike Bedding is not responsible for items that are damaged, lost or delayed during shipment. Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is received in our warehouse to process your return. Credit card refunds may not appear on your statement until the following billing cycle.
Returning a Gift such as bedding or accessories received as gifts are subject to the terms of our standard return policy. An in-store credit will be issued instead of crediting the purchaser's credit card.
Cancelled Orders We understand that from time to time situations may occur which might cause you to cancel an existing order. At Little Tike Bedding it is easy. Just contact us at customerservice@littletikebedding.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will modify or cancel your order free of charge. Orders cancelled once they have been placed with the manufacturer are subject to a 10% handling fee. If an order has shipped, it then qualifies as a return. Please see our Return Policy for additional information. Damaged or Defective MerchandiseIf you receive items that are damaged or defective we will gladly replace them for you at no charge. Please send an email to customerservice@littletikebedding.com and provide the order number, product name and reason for replacement. If items are damaged in transit, please be sure to keep the original shipping box until you are instructed dispose of it. If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please contact the manufacturer directly for repairs or replacements. If you can no longer locate that information, we will gladly provide it for you.
SALES TAX POLICY
Pennsylvania State law requires that we charge 6% sales tax to items sold and shipped within Pennsylvania. Also, the appropriate sales tax for the locations of manufacturers listed on this site will be charged. States include: Colorado, Texas and Missouri. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of each order, excluding shipping charges. Items sold and shipped outside of Pennsylvania and states where manufacturers located will not incur sales tax.

Little Tike Bedding gladly accepts Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Money Orders.
Little Tike Bedding takes every precaution to protect your personal information. We employ the latest encryption technology to help safeguard your credit card number and other highly sensitive information. When you place your order you will be asked to enter your credit card information via our secure online order form.
Our credit card processing system will verify your credit card and authorize your purchase, but we will not bill your credit card until your items ship. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than the billing address may require additional verification.
